Meet the Agents

This site is dedicated to hunting land, timberland, farm land, or recreational property for sale that joins or is near the Talladega National Forest.

Jonathan Goode and Robert King are professional land agents with Southeastern Land Group that specialize in helping buyers and sellers of rural properties. We believe that “Good Forests Make Good Neighbors” and that owning land near the Forest is highly desirable.

Robert serves East Central Alabama and offers properties for sell in the Talladega and Shoal Creek Ranger Districts of the Talladega National Forest.

Jonathan lives in Perry County which has over 32,000 acres of national forest, and serves people in the Oakmulgee Division of the Talladega National Forest. In addition to the TNF, Jonathan also helps people buy and sell land in the Cahaba National Wildlife Refuge area.

Jonathan and Robert both live out in the country. We love our families, we’re passionate about our faith, and we enjoy helping people buy and sell rural land in Alabama. We work really hard to be among the best land agents in the state, and we try to share helpful information whenever we can. We both are regulars on The Land Show and  contribute articles to Landthink.com as a way to help educate anyone interested in learning about buying or selling rural land.
