Congratulations to Robert Youngblood (middle in picture), AlaLandCo's newest agent, for closing his first sell on Friday.

Robert did an outstanding job working with fellow agent, Jonathan Goode, to market and sell this 61 acre farm in Fayette County. The property was placed under contract only 13 days from listing and closed in 58 days.
